When Lorelei d'Andriole started taking progesterone as part of hormone replacement therapy, she experienced the uncommon side effect of vivid dreams and nightmares. Her dream journal became the unstable source material for this book, a sequence of fluxus-inspired scores for action art---the artist's term for performances that leave the realm of theory, becoming action. The book is simultaneously a set of instructions for becoming a transsexual woman, and documentation of the live performances it records.
